First corporate support for iLearnabout

iLearnabout is delighted to be chosen as a charity partner by travel company Timbuktu, in recognition of the positive response to our work so far and to support our continuing growth.

Timbuktu specialises in making far-flung corners of the world more accessible by empowering travellers to explore and build trips, regardless of experience or budget. 

Commenting on the partnership Timbuktu said 'We want to be able to give back to the communities and conservation areas throughout Africa and, through this desire, our partnership with iLearnabout was born.  We believe that an understanding and passion for conservation, sustainable tourism, and environmentally healthy living begins in childhood. This is the driving force behind iLearnabout. We are truly excited to see where this partnership can go in the future and the difference we can all make.”

Timbuktu will make a donation from every booking and encourage individual support, funding will go towards training teachers and sponsoring the software and equipment for schools to implement the iLearnabout programme.
